Chandragiri Hills
Chandragiri Hill is the highest point of Kathmandu, located 2536 m above sea level in the southwest direction of Kathmandu. It is hill station for an amazing view of Mount Everest and other mountains above 7000 m. The Himalayan range from Kanchenjunga to Langtang range is clearly visible in pleasant weather. The mountain view from Chandragiri Hills has attracted both national and international visitors. There is a cable car facility to reach the hills where we can enjoy amazing food, visit Bhaleshwor temple, and enjoy the view from its viewpoint. Chandragiri is 14 km far from Kathmandu, which takes around one hour from Thamel.
Dhulikhel
