He is a citizen of Kathmandu, Nepal natively from Nuwakot. Starting carrier from porter, he became a licensed trekking guide in 2011. After working as a guide for 11  years he developed an outstanding skill in trip management. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Management along with his work side by side. His hard work, passion, and positive attitude become milestones of his success. He has worked as a trekking guide for a long time in Nepal Himalaya. Everest base camp trek, Everest three passes trek, Annapurna base camp trek, Ghorepani Poonhill trek, Mardi Himal trek, Manaslu trek, Mustang trek, etc are major platforms on which he has managed successful trip being a guide. There is no record of complaints and dissatisfaction with his guidance till today. Punam Phuyal, a native citizen of Tarkeshwor, Kathmandu holds the position of Manager in Mission summit treks and Expedition. As a hard-working, intelligent candidate she has given her best for the development of the company, since the beginning. She has broad knowledge regarding trekking routes, culture, the tradition of Nepal Himalaya. She has managed numerous treks and always gained a positive response from the entire team. Mr. Manish Mainali, natively from Nuwakot district is a citizen of Kathmandu Nepal. He is CEO of the company serving his excellence since the beginning. He has completed his bachelor's degree in business studies and entered the field of tourism. Starting his carrier as a manager, he developed a wide knowledge of tourism and become the CEO of the company. His hard work and skill in decision making, resource management, and communication between the board and corporate are outstanding. All company members appreciate his work. Mr. Pasang Sherpa (1984 AD), is an energetic, professional climber from Solukhumbu district, Khumbu region, Nepal. He spend his childhood on the lap of Mount Everest. The mountainous surrounding and great Mid Estern Himalaya attracts him each day. The strong determination to be on the peak of Mount Everest one day, make him a treking guide on his starting days of carrier. He started his work as treks and expedition guide since 2004 AD. Adventure tourism becomes his starting platform. As time passes he started working for many companies as a climbing guide. He sharpens his skill in each attempts of guiding and climbing. He successfully climbed Mt Everest ( six times) and Mount Lhoste (two times) till date. In his carrier, he has stepped on the summit of Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Himlung, Mera peak, Island Peak, Dampus peak several times. His enthusiasm, positive attitude, and strong determination remains as backbone of successful climb.
