The first day is the arrival day. You will arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, and our company member will come to welcome and drop you at the hotel. In the evening, you will have a welcome dinner with company members and meet your guide.

After having breakfast, you will meet the guide and start Kathmandu Valley sightseeing. You will visit Bouddhanath, Pashupatinath, Shyambunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Thamel. The Everest Three-pass trek is at very high altitude; thus, you should do proper preparation for the trek. Buy all essentials required for the trek that you have not brought with you.

You have to wake up very early in the morning and reach the airport on time for the Lukla flight. After 30 minutes of mountain flight, enjoying the scenic beauty of the central Himalayas, you will land at Lukla airport with your guide, porter, and group if you are on a group trek.
After having breakfast nearby Lukla airport, our trek begins towards Pakhding. Pakhding is at a lower altitude (2652 m) than Lukla (2800 m), thus we have to walk downhill. Following the trail on the bank of Dudhkoshi, passing mani walls and chorten, and crossing suspension bridges, we will reach Pakhding.
Pakhding is a small village on the bank of Dudhkoshi, having more tea houses than local homes. You will get a good facility in Psakhding.

Today we will proceed to Namche bazaar. As soon as we finish our breakfast, we will start our walk. The bank of Dudh Koshi leaves us as we start uphill towards Manjo village. Manjo village is in Sagarmatha National Park; your guide will take the permit from the checkpoint, and the trial will continue towards Namche.
Crossing the Hillary suspension bridge (the bridge of highest altitude), you will walk on a pine trail and stone-paved path, enjoying the forest beauty enveloped by a peaceful environment, and finally reach Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is a unique town having almost all the facilities of a well-developed city. It is also common as Thamel of the Khumbu region. We will choose one of the best tea houses and have a rest.

Today is a rest day. To acclimatize your body, we will stay in Namche. Visit Everest at view hotel and Namche Bazzar If you want, otherwise we will take complete rest to overcome the tiredness of the previous day's trek.

After having breakfast, we will start walking off the beaten trail towards the west of Namche Bazaar. Today’s destination, Thame, is a large valley at 3800 m named after a Thame Gompa on its western hill. Fluttering prayers, a mani wall decorated on the edge of the path, chorten, and a beautiful pine trial will entertain you.
Viewing Namche gompa, Laudo gompa, and forest nursery, you will pass Thamo village and Khari monastery. After leaving Rock Cliffs with Guru Rimpoche and green Tara painting behind, you will reach Thame.

Our trek begins after breakfast. Following the uphill of the traditional route used by Tibetan traders since centuries, we will reach Marlung after 4 to 5 hours. Marlung is located on the east riverbank of Bhote Koshi. The flowing river and rocky trail with mani walls and Chorten reflect peace along with Buddhist culture.

Even though we are in the Khumbu region, today’s trial is an easy trail. We will walk on the bank of Bhote Koshi without any difficult uphills. The snowcapped Shar, Nupla, Thyagmoche, Nup, and Lho peaks show their smile as we walk for about 2.5 hours. The clean flowing water on the east flows downward, and we keep on moving opposite to its motion and reach Lungdeng after 3-4 hours.

Day by day, we will be ascended to the highest altitude. Trek to Renjo-La (5465 m): one of the three passes starts after breakfast in Lungdeng. Renjo-La Pass trial begins from the bank of Dudhkoshi. We will reach Lumde after an hour and ascend the narrow valley surrounded by smooth, large rocks. Viewing Relam Tsho and Renjo Tsho, we will ascend the snowy path, which is a bit more dangerous than a non-snowy trial. After then we will walk to the south bank of Angladumba Tsho, a stone-paved path, and reach Renjo-La Pass.
The view of Mt. Cho-Oyu, Mt. Gyachung Kang, Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, and Mt. Makulu from Renjo-La Pass is admiring. We will also view Ngozumba Glacier, the world’s largest glacier. The pass connects Gokyo Lake; thus, we will descend to the lake after spending a few minutes on Renjo La Pass.

To view the sunrise from Gokyo Ri (Gokyo Peak), we will wake very early in the morning and ascend uphill to Gokyo Ri. After around 2 – 2.5 hours we will reach the summit of Gokyo Ri and wait for the sunrise view. Take photographs, enjoy the view of Mt Everest, and return to Gokyo Lake.
After having lunch, we will take a rest for 1, 2 hours. and we will explore Gokyo Lakes (lake 1st, Gokyo 2nd and Gokyo 3rd) which takes around 1 -2 hours. The scenery of the lake surrounded by snowy mountains in a clean and fresh environment will make our day wonderful.

From the second Gokyo lake, we will trek towards Thaknak. The close-up view of the Ngozumba glacier and snowy surroundings took us to our destination after around 4–5 hours.

Today we will explore Cho-La Pass (5367 m). The trial is most challenging and should be very careful on its steep, snowy path and eastern glacier transverse. It is the most difficult trial of the entire trek. We will wake up early in the morning and start our trek before 6 am. We will ascend the rocky trail and reach the highest point, Cho-La Pass. The fluttering prayer flag on the snow-covered landscape cheers us on to the happiness of a successful attempt to cross Cho-La Pass. The view of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Cholatse Soar, Lobuche, and Baruntse around the pass adds joy to us.
We will pass some crevasses and reach Dzongla for a night stay. The serene beauty of Ama Dablam, Lobuche Peak, and Pheriche Village becomes clear from Dzongla as well.

As our trek starts, we will pass a small glacial lake, Cholatse, Taboche, and a glacier named Chola. Our trek continues towards Ama Dablam, walking different uphills and downhills. We will descend into the endpoint of the Khumbu glacier valley. Then ascend toward Gorekshep, following the Morane path.
Mount Pumori and Nuptse become very close to us as the way decreases its length with our forwarding steps. Gorekshep is the last resting zone near Everest, having a temperature below -10 degrees. We will take a rest and warm up on a glowing firewood or heater.

We will have breakfast and ascend towards Everest Base Camp, the final destination of the EBC trek. Finding yourself at the foot of Everest is a matter of joy and victory of your journey. After spending about an hour on Everest base camp, we will return to Gorekshep.
After taking lunch in Gorekshep, we will descend to Lobuche. Labuche is a small village with frequent wind and is surrounded by high hills and snowcapped mountains.

We will leave Labuche and pass the Khumbu glacier. As we walk forward, the view of Cholatse, Taboche, Kangtega, Thamserku, Kangri, Pumori, Lingtren, Labuche peak surrounds us. Following the rocky trial, stagnant glacier lakes in the middle of morane, Poklade hill we will finally reach Kongma La (5,535m) after around 4 hrs from Lobuche.
The decorated Kongma La with prayers flag welcomes us with a panoramic view of Cholaste peak, Lobuche peak, glacier hanging on the base of the mountain, Mt. Lhoste, Mt. Nuptse, Island peak, Mt Makalu, Baruntse, glacier lakes, Mt. Ama Dablam and Pokalde peak. After standing 5- 10 minutes on Kongma La, we will descend towards the glacial lake.
The lichen-covered rocks, the steep path over off beaten trail lead us to Chukung, on the lap of Island peak.

After having breakfast in Chhukung we will start our trek towards Dingboche Passing Dingboche monastery, walking on the trail decorated with Rhododendron forest, players flag, mani walls, and chorten, we will reach Pangboche. view of Mount Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Mt Cho Yu, Mt Lhotse, Mt. Lobuche, Mt. Cholatse, and Mt. Taboche gives wonder scenery.
We will reach Tyangboche after around 4-5 hours from Chhukung.
Night stay in Tyangboche
Leaving Tyangboche (3,867m) after breakfast, we will walk downhill towards Dingboche. The clear view of Mount Everest, Lotshe, Lotshe Tshar, Amadoblam, Tabuche and many other peaks will definitely attract you.
We will pass Phungi Thanga, Sannasa and Kaynjuma village and reach Namche. After following the pine trial, Manjo village welcomes us.

Waking up early in the morning, we will have breakfast and start the trek. Walking downhills, crossing suspension bridges, enjoying the flow of Dudhkoshi, we will reach Pakhding.
From Pakhding we will again walk on the bank of Dudhkoshi, pass Chorten, Monasteries, and hide in the beauty of the Khumbu region before reaching Lukla.
Finally after 6, 7 hours we will be in the last trekking zone, Lukla while returning.

Depending on the time of flight, we will wake up early and fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla airport. The mountainous flight reminds our trek with a view of Everest.

After a long journey to the Everest region, your body may need some rest. Thus today you will take complete rest. In the evening you can visit Thamel Bazaar and do shopping as well if you want. You will have a farewell dinner with company members.
